We do not issue refunds or accept returns. Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt upon delivery AND if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Your package will contain information as to where to send the product if thought to be defective.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.
Sale products are not eligible for exchange.
All orders are shipped via USPS..
We ship to North American and Europe only.
Our service does not ship to APO, AE or PO Boxes.
Once the order is shipped & the tracking number has been provided to the customer, TTO Sheer, LLC is not responsible for the delivery of orders. If any issue occurs or changes need to be made prior to delivery, the customer is to contact USPS using the tracking number provided at 1-800-275-8777.
Failure to receive the initial delivery will result in a repackaging and reshipment fee in the amount of $25.00 (domestic) or $50.00 (international) . This amount must be paid within 3 (three) business days. Only upon receipt of the payment will your package will be shipped out again.
If this second delivery attempt also fails without any communication from the customer, your purchase will be restocked in order to be sold to another customer. We are an E-Commerce business in a limited space as of now and are unable to hold merchandise indefinitely.
International shipping and destinations outside of the United States are subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs clearance and all other expenses related to the import of products into the destination country. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional delivery costs. All orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon delivery.
